HMSDesign names Elle Morris CEO 

Leadership Team Focused on Change and Future-Forward Growth


HMSDesign, an established brand design firm, has named Ms. Elle Morris to the newly created position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Ms. Morris will partner closely with the firm’s founder, Hugh Montgomery to broaden the company’s portfolio of business and expand into the future.


With extensive global design acumen, Ms. Morris was most recently President of the Americas for New York based Elmwood Design, an international brand design consultancy. While at Elmwood she led the firm’s North American new business endeavors with significant new client wins that included Lidl, SC Johnson and Russell Hobbs. “Elle has a global perspective and has a proven track record in the industry. We believe she can further elevate our consumer driven design and will play a critical role in the future of our business”, said Hugh Montgomery, Founder and President, HMSDesign.


Prior to her leadership at Elmwood, Elle was VP and Managing Director of Key Global Accounts at LPK, the world’s largest independent branding agency. Over the course of 15 year at LPK, Elle spearheaded some of the world’s most beloved brands on a global leadership level – Herbal Essences, Gillette, Pantene, and Olay. She was also responsible for LPK’s global Procter & Gamble business footprint, which included establishing and successfully running the LPK Singapore office. Elle has extensive experience in developing markets in Asia having participated in brand development throughout the region.
